Creo en un solo Dios, Padre Todopoderoso, Creador del cielo y de la tierra, de todo lo visible y lo invisible.

Creo en un solo Seńor, Jesucristo, Hijo único de Dios, nacido del Padre antes de todos los siglos: Dios de Dios, Luz de Luz, Dios verdadero de Dios verdadero, engendrado, no creado, de la misma naturaleza del Padre, por quien todo fue hecho; que por nosotros, los hombres, y por nuestra salvación bajó del cielo, y por obra del Espíritu Santo se encarnó de María, la Virgen, y se hizo hombre; y por nuestra causa fue crucificado en tiempos de Poncio Pilato; padeció y fue sepultado, y resucitó al tercer día, según las Escrituras, y subió al cielo, y está sentado a la derecha del Padre; y de nuevo vendrá con gloria para juzgar a, vivos y muertos, y su reino no tendrá fin. Creo en el Espíritu Santo, Seńor y dador de vida, que procede del Padre y del Hijo, que con el Padre y el Hijo recibe una misma adoración y gloria, y que habló por los profetas.

Creo en la Iglesia, que es una, santa, católica y apostólica. Confieso que hay un solo Bautismo para el perdón de los pecados. Espero la resurrección de los muertos y la vida del mundo futuro.

The everlasting God has in His wisdom foreseen from eternity the cross that He now presents to you as a gift from His inmost heart. This cross He now sends you He has considered with His all-knowing eyes, understood with His divine mind, tested with His wise justice, warmed with loving arms and weighed with His own hands to see that it be not one inch too large and not one ounce too heavy for you. He has blessed it with His holy Name, anointed it with His consolation, taken one last glance at you and your courage, and then sent it to you from heaven, a special greeting from God to you, an alms of the all-merciful love of God.

The cross is the hope of Christians
the cross is the resurrection of the dead
the cross is the way of the lost
the cross is the savior of the lost
the cross is the staff of the lame
the cross is the guide of the blind
the cross is the strength of the weak
the cross is the doctor of the sick
the cross is the aim of the priests
the cross is the hope of the hopeless
the cross is the freedom of the slaves
the cross is the power of the kings
the cross is the water of the seeds
the cross is the consolation of the bondsmen
the cross is the source of those who seek water
the cross is the cloth of the naked.
We thank you, Father, for the cross.

Let us offer praise and thanksgiving to the Most Holy Trinity, Who has shown us the Virgin Mary, clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet, and on her head a mystic crown of twelve stars. Forever and ever.

Let us praise Mary, who hath done so much for our good, and let us say to her: God hail thee, Mary, Mother of Clemency, Comfortress of the Afflicted, Redemptress of Captives. Thou art the glory of Jerusalem, thou art the joy of Israel, thou art the honour of our people.

Let Us Pray

O God, Who by means of the Most Glorious Mother of Thy Divine Son, didst enrich the Church with a new religious family for the redemption of the faithful of Christ from pagan oppression, grant, we beseech Thee, that we may be freed from our sins and from the bondage of the devil by the merits and intercession of her whom we devoutly venerate as the foundress of so great a work.

Hail, Holy Queen…

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, who at the sixth hour didst mount the gibbet of the Cross for the redemption of the world and didst shed Thy Precious Blood for the remission of our sins, we humbly beseech Thee, that Thou wouldst grant us the grace after death to enter with joy the gates of paradise. Who livest and reignest for ever and ever.

Behold, O Kind and most sweet Jesus, before Thy face I humbly kneel, and with the most fervent desire of soul, I pray and beseech Thee to impress upon my heart lively sentiments of faith, hope and charity, true contrition for my sins and a firm purpose of amendment. With deep affection and grief of soul, I ponder within myself, mentally contemplating Thy five wounds, having before my eyes the words which David the Prophet spoke concerning Thee: “They have pierced my hands and my feet, they have numbered all my bones.”

Look down upon me, good and gentle Jesus
while before Your face I humbly kneel and,
with burning soul,
pray and beseech You
to fix deep in my heart lively sentiments
of faith, hope, and charity;
true contrition for my sins,
and a firm purpose of amendment.

While I contemplate,
with great love and tender pity,
Your five most precious wounds,
pondering over them within me
and calling to mind the words which David,
Your prophet, said to You, my Jesus:

“They have pierced My hands and My feet,
they have numbered all My bones.”

O good and dearest Jesus, 
I kneel before Your face. 
With all my heart 
I ask You 
to place in my heart 
more faith, hope and charity. 

Give me a true sorrow for my sins 
and a strong will to do better 
With great sorrow and grief 
I look upon your five wounds 
and think about them. 

Before my eyes are the words 
that the prophet David said of You, 
O good Jesus: 
“They have pierced my hands and feet 
They have numbered all my bones.”

Great and glorious God, my Lord Jesus Christ! 
I implore Thee to enlighten me 
and to disperse the darkness of my soul. 
Give me true faith, firm hope, and perfect charity. 
Grant me, O Lord, to know Thee so well 
that in all things I may act by Thy light 
and in accordance with Thy holy will.

Cuando tenga que dejarte por un corto tiempo, por favor no te entristezcas ni derrames lágrimas
ni te abraces a tu pena a través de los ańos; por el contrario empieza de 
nuevo con valentía y con una 
sonrisa por mi memoria y en mi 
nombre vive tu vida y haz todas
las cosas igual que antes.
No alimentes tu soledad con
