I genuflect before You Honorable Jesus, Respecting Your Will, Plan and Judgment! You overcame earthly evil temptations, Maintaining Self-respect to the end. Jesus, You are my code of conduct; I strive to comply with Your precepts. Teach me all I need to know about respect, Its mastery being my long-term objective. May this include learning to listen, Allowing others to share their opinions. May my respect towards other humans Truly reflect Your love towards all!

My trust is in sweet Jesus: He is my passport to heaven! I place my life in His gentle hands; He will guide me along the rainbow. My blind trust is His to guide, May my soul reflect His light. I look around and see Jesus’ help; I know He is worthy of my trust. Sweet Jesus, remain by my side, Never letting my trust be shaken! May I learn to share my trust with others, So Jesus will be known to all!

Eternal Father,
through the resurrection of Jesus
the good news of Your love has touched the world.
By our baptism we are reborn as your Children of Light.
Through the work of Your Spirit
the glory of Your new creation continues to unfold.

Watch over Your family of faith
in the Archdiocese of Regina.
Inspire us by the prompting of Your Spirit:
that our elders may dream new dreams
and our youth may find wisdom in visions.
Give us a courageous heart,
a bold voice and openness of mind,
and above all else, ears that listen.

Help us, as Your family,
to discover Your way:
story telling and dialogue which leads to understanding;
ideas which challenge growth;
a journey which will bring hope.

We offer you this prayer
for you are our life, our strength and guide,
Our loving God, for ever and ever.

Amen.

Look down, O Lord, from Thy sanctuary and from the high habitation of heaven, and behold this sacred Victim, which our great High Priest, Thy Holy Child, the Lord Jesus, immolates unto Thee for the sins of His brethren, and be propitious to the multitude of our iniquities. Behold, the voice of the Blood of Jesus, our Brother, crieth to Thee from the Cross! Graciously hear, O Lord: be appeased, O Lord: heartken and do not delay for Thine own sake, my God, because Thy Name is invokved, upon this city, and upon Thy people; and do with us according to Thy mercy.

Amen. 

V. That Thou vouchsafe to defend, pacify, keep, preservee and bless this city. R. We beseech Thee to hear us.

I will pay a visit to Jesus at least once each day. In my own words I will tell Jesus that I believe that He is truly present in the tabernacle and that I adore Him, as He is my God. I will talk to Him about any joy or trouble I have had since my last visit. I will say a short prayer, for instance: “Jesus, my God, I adore Thee here truly present in the Sacrament of Thy love.”

Amen.

O God, you sent your Son, Jesus, to bring eternal life to those who believe. I join him in praying for laborers for your harvest. May your Holy Spirit inspire men and women to continue his mission through your priesthood, diaconate, religious life and lay ministry. May this same Spirit make known your will for my life.

Loving God,
your servant Saint Peter Julian Eymard
was captivated by your Son’s love
revealed to us in the Eucharist;
he greatly desired to manifest this love to his contemporaries.
Saint Peter Julian established a new form of religious life
which is nourished by the Eucharist:
celebrated, contemplated and enriched with many ministries.

Through Saint Peter Julian’s intercession,
call forth many young people
who will labor in your Church
as priests, deacons, brothers or sisters.
Give us the grace to become like the bread and wine of the Eucharist
which is broken and shared for the life of the world.

tu servidor San Pedro Julian Eymard
fue captivado por el amor de tu hijo
revelado a nosotros en la eucaristía;
El deseó manifestar su amor a sus contemporáneos.
San Pedro Julian Eymard estableció una nueva forma de
vida religiosa
que se alimenta con la eucaristía:
celebrada, contemplada y enriquecida con muchos
ministerios.
